Zero& Gift Card Policy

  1. General Terms Zero& eGift Cards are issued by Fuji INC., which reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its discretion.

  2. eGift Cards Zero& eGift Cards are redeemable for wallet balance in Zero& App. Zero& eGift Cards are available for purchase on Zero& physical stores, websites and Mobile App. No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of eGift Cards.

  3. Redemption Refer to https://zeroand.com/giftcardpolicy for Terms and Conditions of redemption

  4. View Your Balance To view your eGift Card balance, follow the instructions on the back of your eGift Card, or directly check your wallet balance in Zero& App.

  5. Returns You may not return or cancel your Zero& eGift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel an eGift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Zero& Customer Support prior to the delivery date selected during the purchase process.

  6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

  7. Limitations You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other eGift Cards. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused eGift Cards may not be transferred.

  8. Risk of Loss Ownership and risk of loss of eGift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please contact us via phone or email.

  9. Zero& eGift Card Customer Service If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your eGift Card, please contact our Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

  10. Payment Methods Zero& eGift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

  11. Delivery Information and Requirements for eGift Card Purchasers All orders of eGift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided with information about the purchaser recorded by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your eGift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected. If the date on which you want an eGift Card delivered has passed and you have not received confirmation that the eGift Card was sent, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address. We are not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to receive the physical or digital card. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her eGift Card. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address.

  12. Disputes You hereby consent that any dispute relating in any way to Zero& eGift Cards shall be adjudicated in California if the aggregate total claim for relief exceeds $7,500, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

  14. Changes to This Agreement We may amend this Agreement at any time. We will post the amended Agreement to our website at https://zeroand.com/giftcardpolicy, and for a period of thirty (30) days after we post the amended Agreement, we will also post a notice on our website stating that the terms of this Agreement have changed. As permitted by applicable law, any change, addition or deletion will become effective at the time we post the revised Agreement to our website. Unless we state otherwise, the change, addition, or deletion will apply to your future and existing Zero& eGift Cards. You are deemed to accept the changes, additions or deletions if: (1) you do not notify us to the contrary in writing within 20 days of the date of our notice or such other time specified in the notice; or (2) you use any of your Zero& eGift Cards after such notice period. If you notify us that you do not accept the changes, additions or deletions, we will cancel your Zero& eGift Cards and refund any remaining balance to you.

  15. Cancellation of This Agreement We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to you at any time without notice or liability. Termination may result from your fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Zero& eGift Card including your failure to provide valid information. For example, transferring balances between different Zero& eGift Cards solely for the purpose of obtaining cash back is an unauthorized use of the Zero& eGift Card and if we deem it appropriate to limit our losses we will cancel any such Zero& eGift Card and retain any balances associated with those Zero& eGift Cards. If we terminate this Agreement without cause, we will refund or issue store credits equal to the balance on your cancelled Zero& eGift Card(s), less any amounts that you may owe us.

Legal Terms & Conditions

Effective November 1, 2022

This Zero& eGift Card Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Fuji Inc. ("we" or "us") and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Zero& eGift Card. By purchasing, receiving or redeeming your Zero& eGift Card, you agree to these terms.

This Agreement includes an Arbitration provision that governs any disputes between you and us. This provision will:

  • Eliminate your right to a trial by jury.
  • Substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings.

You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures and amendments to this Agreement, and other information relating to your Zero& eGift Card by electronic means, including posting such materials online at https://zeroand.com/giftcardpolicy.

About Your Account

We issue the Zero& eGift Card to you. It allows you to redeem certain dollar value onto your Zero& Account for use at participating Fuji Inc. stores. The dollar value that you load onto your Zero& Account is a prepayment for the goods and services of participating stores. We offer the Zero& eGift Card to make it easier for you to shop with us and to make your relationship with us more rewarding. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this Agreement, the dollar value on your Zero& eGift Card is nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The value on your Zero& eGift Card is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), nor does it earn interest.

Zero& eGift Cards are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Zero& eGift Cards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

When you register your Zero& eGift Cards with the Zero& Rewards program, the Zero& Rewards terms of use which can be found at https://zeroand.com/terms-and-legal will also apply.

Promotional Programs

From time to time, we may in our sole discretion, run promotional programs associated with the Zero& promotion program ("Promotions"). Such Promotions are subject to these terms, as well as additional terms as indicated in connection with the Promotions. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of any Promotion at any time, including and up to terminating the Promotion.

Fees and Expiration of Card Balances

We do not charge any activation, service, dormancy or inactivity fees in connection with your Zero& eGift Card. Your Zero& eGift Card has no expiration date nor does the value on your Zero& eGift Card ever expire.

Receipts and Transaction History

When you purchase a physical Zero& eGift Card, we will provide a receipt if you request one. The receipt will indicate that the purchase was made using a Zero& eGift Card and will provide the remaining balance of your Zero& eGift Card. Please check your transaction history regularly to ensure that your Transaction history and account balance are correct. You can check the balance and review recent Transactions on your Zero& App. We will not send you statements of activity on your Zero& eGift Card.

Billing Errors, Corrections

We will correct the balance of your Zero& eGift Card if we believe that a clerical, billing, or accounting error occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you wish to dispute any transaction or correction that has been applied to your Zero& eGift Card, please contactt Customer Service. Assuming you provide sufficient details, we will review your claim and tell you what we find. We will correct any error promptly after we finish our review. If we do not find any error, we will explain what we found. We have no obligation to review or correct any billing error unless you provide us sufficient notice for us to review your claim within sixty (60) days of the date of the transaction in question.

Fraud Associated with Your Zero& eGift Card or Card Balance

We will not accept the redemption of Zero& eGift Card, or will limit the use of any Zero& eGift Card towards Zero& Wallet balance, if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, and we consider such action appropriate to limit our risk. Zero& does not control who may sell preloaded Zero& eGift Cards, nor can we control the price or preloaded denominations offered by independent sellers. Consequently, Zero& has no liability to you for any third-party fraud or unlawful activity associated with any Zero& eGift Card balance. If Zero& discovers any Zero& eGift Card or Zero& Wallet balance was sourced or derived from fraud or other unlawful means, we may in our sole discretion, cancel all impacted Zero& eGift Cards and retain all related Zero& Wallet balances without notice to you. We may use retained Zero& Wallet balances to help offset our liability to card companies, networks and issuers of lost or stolen credit and debit cards used to purchase or load Zero& eGift Cards.

Registration, Liability for Unauthorized Transactions

When registering or purchasing a Zero& eGift Card, you agree that you will: (i) provide complete and accurate information about yourself; and (ii) update such information if it changes. If you do not provide or update such information, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have not provided or updated such information, we shall have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to disable your Zero& eGift Card or Zero& Account. If you believe your Zero& Account has been disabled in error, please call us or contact Customer Support. You are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of all information that you provide to us; and (b) maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Zero& eGift Card information.

You should treat your Zero& eGift Card like cash and not disclose your Zero& eGift Card information to anyone. If your Zero& eGift Card or Zero& eGift Card information is lost or stolen, anyone who obtains possession of either may redeem your eGift Card. You are responsible for all transactions caused by your Zero& eGift Card, including unauthorized transactions.

If your registered Zero& eGift Card becomes lost, stolen, or damaged, report it as soon as possible through your Zero& App or by contacting Customer Support. Your registered Zero& Wallet balance is protected from the time you notify us. We will freeze the remaining balance on your Zero& Account at the time you notify us and will load that remaining balance if the freeze is over.

Changes to This Agreement

We may amend this Agreement at any time. If we terminate this Agreement without cause, we will refund or issue store credits equal to the balance on your cancelled Zero& eGift Card(s), less any amounts that you may owe us.

Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

Fuji INC., and its affiliates make no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Zero& eGift Card, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement, or any warranty arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. Fuji INC., does not represent or warrant that your Zero& eGift Cards will always be accessible or accepted.

In the event that Fuji INC., or its affiliates are found liable to you, you shall only be entitled to recover actual and direct damages and such damages shall not exceed the last balance held on your Zero& eGift Card. Zero& and its affiliates shall have no liability for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of profit, revenue or use), or any punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, even if we or our authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Fuji INC., or its affiliates have any liability for unauthorized access to, or alteration, theft or destruction of a Zero& eGift Card through accident, misuse or fraudulent means or devices by you or any third party, or as a result of any delay or mistake resulting from any circumstances beyond our control.
